Our appraisal staff consists of three certified general real property appraisers, two certified residential appraisers, one certified associate general real property appraiser, and two non-licensed appraisers. We are licensed in Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, and Nebraska. We've completed appraisals in several other states (via temporary licensing) including Wisconsin, Illinois, Missouri, North Dakota, Kansas, and Wyoming. Within the state of Iowa, we have completed appraisals in 77 off the 99 counties.

We compile commercial appraisals of all types; agricultural appraisals including dairies, cattle feedlots, hog confinements, poultry units, turkey units as well as all types of unimproved farm appraisals.
