| | 7/2008 - Welcome our newest member to Vander Werff & Associates
Melanie Korthals.
Melanie's position is as our Auction Management Specialist. This position
includes answering phones, setting up auction sale brochures, handling auction
advertising, scheduling clerks/help, handling computer responsibilities for the consignment
sale, website updates and more! She has great computer skills which can be
readily seen in her great looking auction brochures, also be checking the
website regularly for updates/changes reflecting Melanie's skills in this
area! We welcome Melanie to our staff. We know you will find working
with Melanie a pleasant experience!
5/2008 - Welcome our newest Appraiser to Vander Werff & Associates Brent
Vander Werff.
Brent Vander Werff, licensed associate appraiser. Brent is a graduate of
Dordt College in Sioux Center and is presently taking 300 hours of specialized
appraisal training as mandated by the Appraisal Qualifications Board. He
will be working with Greg Tritle, John Wedebrand and Rich Vander Werff to gain
his 3000 hours of appraisal experience prior to general certification. Brent is
specializing in commercial appraisals; Outside of the office Brent enjoys
fishing, hunting as rebuilding cars/pickups and motorcycles. H also enjoys
spending time with his family especially his 3 young nieces.
Brent is Rich's son and we welcome him to our staff. We know his
knowledge and expertise will serve you well as we will be able to more efficiently
handle your commercial and business assignments.
3/2008 - Welcome our newest member to Vander Werff & Associates Amber
Kleve.
Amber has grown up "hearing" about the appraisal business as her
mother, Loretta Laubach is a certified residential appraiser, and has been
associated with Vander Werff and Associates for nearly 20 years. Ambers'
duties include research, keeping our databases updated, answering the phone,
downloading photos and assisting Lynette. We are pleased to have Amber as
a staff member and we know you will appreciate her efficient style and friendly
voice as you visit with her on the phone.
